When I was deep in my recovery from chronic dizziness, I tried everything — but the biggest shift didn’t come from a new diagnosis or another specialist.

This is great! Historically, when I have done something that has summoned dizziness, like watching video with a jiggly camera or odd angles of filming, I would reflexively imagine myself becoming very dizzy. I would cope with it by obeying the fear and averting my eyes. Now, I talk directly to my fear and to that catastrophic vision, saying, "That no longer applies to me." It helps so much! I can now watch those once-dizzying videos without a problem.

Hi Megan, writing to say cannot thank you enough for all the tools, mindset reframes and reassurance you have given me. Last few days due to the Indo-Pak tensions, I saw physical anxiety return and few symptoms show up. I did somatic tracking yesterday and felt better. I also travel tomorrow and now that I know I can live my life with mini-disruptions with confidence, I came here to thank you. And if you have any advice on how to calm this anxiety from the fear of war (which is now over) and manage it before travel tomorrow besides breathwork, it will be great. Ever so grateful to you Megan.
