THE MODULES
Module 1
First, we explore the impact of parenting styles on childhood development and the belief systems they instil. You will gain insight into how your early experiences, while not directly causing dizziness, may have created the perfect environment for chronic symptoms to thrive through sustained stress responses. By understanding these dynamics, you can begin to identify and challenge long-held beliefs that contribute to anxiety and discomfort. This foundational module sets the stage for the transformative journey ahead.
Module 2
Next, we dive into the intricacies of the nervous system, examining how survival responses can perpetuate chronic dizziness symptoms. You will learn to recognise these unhelpful patterns and learn how to shift them. This module highlights essential techniques for regulating the nervous system, how often to engage in these practices and which ones will work best for you. Here, you start to create your daily recovery routine.
Module 3
Here we focus on understanding symptoms and triggers. You will learn how to shift from “research mode” to practical engagement, discovering strategies for managing symptoms in every day life whilst you work on full recovery. You will also gain a deeper understanding of how the brain adapts, learns and changes and its role for recovery. You will be provided with practical strategies for implementing neuroplasticity techniques to facilitate recovery
Module 4
This module focuses on how to “resume normal life” during recovery. You will learn strategies to gradually reintegrate daily activities whilst managing symptoms and anxiety. We will explore the crucial balance between movement and rest, as well as techniques to handle stressful situations effectively to prevent symptom flare-ups. You will also learn how to let go of the label, reframe setbacks as opportunities for growth, and to create routines that challenge your comfort zone.
Module 5
Here we discuss the energetics of recovery, allowing you to create a deep awareness of your most dominant thoughts, actions, habits and words and how to shift them to be more supportive. You will learn how your emotions and focus significantly impact symptom severity, and will gain valuable techniques to take control of your mindset. We will also introduce the concept of affirmations, visualisation, scripting and self love, providing actionable ways to incorporate these practices into your daily routine for a more positive outlook in recovery.
Module 6
This final module is about anchoring your progress, understanding the ups and downs of recovery, and stepping into a new identity beyond symptoms. You’ll learn how long recovery really takes — and why it looks different for everyone. We also discuss the most common mistakes people make (and how to avoid them), how to get through the “last mile” when symptoms linger, why tracking progress by fear reduction and life re-engagement matters more than symptom elimination, how to shift your identity from symptoms and how to future-proof your nervous system with an ongoing plan that supports long-term recovery.
